WINTER HOLIDAYS PLANS

This winter break I'm not sure I'll be able to go out anywhere, as I'll most likely be working overtime. But I would definitely like to do other things, among them would be: Travel to Valparaiso, everyone has been there but me, I would like to see the hills and the houses that they say are very colorful.  Another experience that I would really enjoy but is very expensive (from what I have seen) is to go to Torres del Paine. Its  says that the view is spectacular and the pictures I could take there would be amazing, I would like to go with my sister and my mom so we can all relax and enjoy together.  If it were up to me I would go to the snow. That is an experience that I don't want to miss in my life and if I have the opportunity during this vacation I would take it.  Other than those two activities, I would take this vacation to relax and unwind from this semester which was a bit stressful in terms of the way it was conducted. I would like to share my vacation with a p

MY BUCKET LIST

I have never had a bucket list because I don't consider that my reality allows me to do so, at least for now, but if I had one I think it would be the following. I would like my mother and my sister to be able to go on a trip, we have never been able to go on vacation together because we always have problems in general. I would give my sister a professional camera so she could capture the whole trip. I would buy a huge house where everyone has their own room with their own things and with a large space to be able to be quiet and safe, even if it is in a place in the world. As for me, I would love to start traveling around the world, especially in Europe, but not just to travel for fun, but to learn languages and learn more about my career, taking courses on the different theories and currents that exist in it.  Finally, I would do a lot of parachute jumps. I don't know what the real feeling is, but I think it would be one of the best things in the world and an experience that

TV SHOWS AND SERIES

When i was a kid i remember spending a lot of my day watching television, i remember always watching the looney tunes, i loved box bunny or the pink panther, they made me laugh a lot before going to school in the afternoon. As I got older I started to watch anime style series that were broadcasted on ETC TV. I loved to watch detective conan and sailor moon. As time went by those kind of series became my favorite until today. As to whether it's good to have television in my house, I don't think so, but I always had it and nothing bad ever happened to me... I think. It seems to me that it is more than anything with the self control that each one has, but if it is entertaining to know that you can watch TV whenever you want and no one will be controlling you, or when you have video game consoles it is very useful.  Something that I would like to rescue is that I feel that children's television today is very bad, before some (not all) transmitted some message, something to sta

ENGLISH LANGUAGE CHALLENGES

Well, for me being in English is not something I enjoy too much, not because I don't like the language, but because I don't like the way it is taught. I feel that it is much more important to learn things in English in my career so that I can continue practicing it in the future, because many of the papers we have to read are in English and the translation is poor in some cases. So I would definitely change that. I feel that Blogs help me to acquire a better vocabulary, but other than that I don't feel that they are necessary, especially because many of them can be done with a translator and that's it, as well as the part of commenting to your colleagues, I hope this is not seen as an attack, but rather as a critical view of my experience.  Regarding things that could be improved are the conjugation of verbs, but more important than that is to know words. There are many words that I don't know anything about what they mean, so sometimes I freeze trying to think of

CHANGES TO MY STUDY PROGRAMME

I think ultimately I'm at a university with a lot of academic coverage, so, most of the things I'm interested in are seen in my study time. However, this could be improved with, I think, some big changes. Starting with the faculty, I think it is very overwhelming the amount of careers that converge in the same study space, so I would like to make more faculties or better divided with specific study areas for each area, which are well equipped according to their needs. Continuing with the equipment, in my career I think it is very necessary to have a good pedagogical teaching team, not only academic.   It would advance the practice time and should be done in the 4 major areas of psychology, expanding our knowledge and skills to work in the future. A new form of teaching that I think we could begin to use, and in help with techonoligy, would be clinical case simulators. Using an AI, we would create a patient and our teacher would create a type of character with this patient so t

TIME TRAVEL TO THE PAST OR FUTURE

If I had to choose between travelling in the past or the future, I wouldn't hesitate at all, the past. Unfortunately I consider myself a person who regrets his actions a lot, and I feel that I made a lot of mistakes in the past. I would like to be able to travel about 10 years and fix all the relationships I had (both family and love). Specifically I would fix the relationship with my father, who passed away a short time ago and I could not take anything from him, but on the contrary he left so unexpectedly and very wrongly on my part, I missed all the moments I could spend and share love with him.  So I would travel to my past, to change me and my knowledge.

MY DREAM JOB

My dream job is to be an ice figure skater. It's something I've always loved and unfortunately it's not something I can do nowadays. It's a sport which requires physical ability, balance, as well as combining it with ballet. I feel it is a delicate and sensitive sport, which requires facial and body expression in a theatrical way, always being careful not to go to extremes. The artistic tricks required are really complex and very precise, and as I have already mentioned it combines ballet, one of the arts I admire the most. I have to admit I don't know how much Olympic athletes earn but I think if I could work at it and go to the Olympics maybe $5,000 for the whole event I think it would be great. Although I am now studying psychology it is not something I have forgotten at all, in fact whenever I have some free time I like to go skating, but if I had been able to go skating I would have been able to do it.
